Project Groups (PG) meetings

Project Group meetings will provide the opportunity for the project group members to meet and actively address the work items. The level of formality in PG meetings is reduced to allow more time for in-depth technical discussions and progression of work. Project Leaders shall ensure that the projects advance. The organization of the work, the inclusion of an agenda and/or minutes etc. are tasks which are left up to the Project Leader.

Standing Committees (SC) meetings

The Standing Committees will continue to be the formal bodies that direct work and review progress. Each Project Leader or a designated replacement will deliver a progress report. Specific problems identified during Project Group meetings can be discussed among meeting participants. This format is intended to allow input from those not directly involved in the projects and to assist with progression of the work. The SC meetings will be formalized with agendas circulated in advance, and detailed minutes maintained.

SC meetings are opened to observers.
